Indonesian Spouse sponsored visa (VITAS)
We can assist in processing the entry visa for family reunion VITAS (visa 317), while the mixed married couple process ITAS (limited stay permit) ) by themselves. Obtaining VITAS means that the immigration status is already granted by the General Directorate of Immigration and the processing of the ITAS and KITAS after arriving in Indonesia is short and straightforward. This is the shortest, and most efficient solution for the immigration of a foreign spouse to Indonesia. We provide advisory and guidance to the mixed married couple for the processing of ITAS, KITAS, and other relevant documents free of cost.
Complete Residence Visa Package (VITAS, ITAS)
We assist in the complete process of a one-year limited-stay residency. The package includes obtaining an entry visa for family reunion VITAS (Visa 317), ITAS (limited stay permit), ITAS (limited permit stay), MERP (Multiple Exit Re-Entry Permit), and other civil registry residency documents (SKTT, STM, etc.) for the foreign spouse.
Indonesian Spouse Sponsored Permanent Residence Package (ITAP and KITAP)
After two years of marriage, a foreign spouse has the right to convert his / her status to a permanent stay status. We assist in the process of conversion from KITAS to KITAP of the Indonesian spouse-sponsored husband or wife. The first KITAP is valid for 5 years and the second one can be indefinite. The package includes ITAP (permanent stay permit), KITAP (permanent permit stay card), and 2-year MERP (Multiple Exit Re-Entry Permit).
The foreign spouse has to record his status in the Indonesian spouse Family Card (KK) and obtain an Indonesian ID for foreigners (KTP Orang Asing). We can assist you or handle this process. We charge these services separately depending on the client`s residency.
Spouse-sponsored KITAS or KITAP gives the foreign spouse the right to work, subject to certain conditions.
